Sean is 15 years old today. How time flies. Like last year, Sean chose to have a small family celebration rather than a birthday party. Sean's one request was rather than a traditional birthday cake, he wanted his dad's delicious Andes Mint cheesecake. (We found the recipe on their package over Christmas, tried it and loved it!). Chris made it, and while he had some technical difficulties in the kitchen, it was delicious even though it wasn't as pretty as most of his cheesecakes are. :-)
Sean's birthday was on Monday, so we ate early (before Scouts) and did cake and presents after.
